No. Carolina Clean Laundry Co. operates a closed professional laundry facility. Customers may drop off laundry for wash & fold service, but there are no public self-service machines.
Wash & fold drop-off hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We are closed Sunday.
Next-day wash & fold is $2.00 per pound. Same-day service is $2.75 per pound for orders up to 30 pounds when dropped off by 10:00 AM. A $40 minimum applies.
Yes. Whites and colors are separated, and each customer’s order is washed separately.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.
Absolutely not. Your garments are always cared for with the highest standards. That would be totally unhygenic.. eeew!

Recurring pickup and delivery is $2.25 per pound. One-time pickup and delivery is $2.45 per pound. A $40 minimum order applies.
No. The 30-pound maximum applies only to same-day drop-off wash & fold. It does not apply to pickup and delivery orders.
Pickup and delivery includes guaranteed next-day delivery once the service timing is confirmed with the customer.
No, provided you give written permission through your account and identify a secure location where the driver may collect or leave your laundry.
No problem! We want your clothes cared for just the way you like them. Leave your special instructions during checkout, and we'll follow them whenever possible. Your preferences can even be saved to your account so you don't have to enter them each time.
No! There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Use our service as often as you need whether it's a one-time order, weekly, bi-weekly, or on your own schedule. You're in complete control, and you can pause or stop service at any time.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
